Education and Training (STET) has been appointed by the Maritime and Port
Authority of Singapore (MPA) as a Recognized Security Organization (RSO)
in Port Marine Notice 113 of 2003 dated 10 Oct 2003.
STET Maritime Bureau is able to advise and provide its
clients with a customizable consultancy service necessary to meet fully
the minimum mandatory IMO International Ship and Port Facility Security
Code (ISPS) and Maritime and Port of Singapore regulatory requirements
to obtain the "Statement of Compliance of a Port Facility".
We have a staff of professionals, who are able to provide
an array of services that will ensure a complete security evaluation of
your port facility. Our security consultants come from professional backgrounds
in law enforcement, the military and the commercial security industry.

As an appointed Recognised Security Organisation
(RSO) for port facility by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
(MPA), STET is able to advise and provide its client with the following
services.

Review of the Company's existing safety/security
management system.

Carry out a security assessment and survey of the
port facility and make recommendations for the development of the
Port Facility Security Plan. The security assessment and survey
will be verified and endorse by STET before being given to MPA.

Development of the Port Facility Security Plan.

Verify and endorse existing Port Facility Security
Assessment conducted by Company themselves.

Conduct mandatory security training for the port
facility security officer and personnel engaged on security duties.

Conduct intermediate and renewal verification audit.
STET consultants are also actively being deployed
by IMO globally in its maritime security missions.
