ST Education & Training Pte Ltd (STET) has been a strategic training partner of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) since 2002, when the Integrated Training Workforce (ITWF) was formed by a group of qualified and experienced ex-RSN instructors, to work seamlessly in the Navy's schools, training institutes, and onboard Navy ships.

This concept of a Naval Training and Consultancy Company and the RSN working side-by-side to deliver quality training over a wide spectrum of quality training, that frees uniformed manpower to man posts where they are needed most - in operational units, while ensuring that the right professional knowledge, skills and attitude continue to be imparted to the trainees and students in the Navy's schools, training institutes, and onboard ships.

Under the ITWF partnership, STET is committed to provides quality education and training services effectively to meet the Navy’s needs that include:

• Instructional Services (IS), which encompass preparation and delivery of instructions in classroom, simulators, as well as practical sea sorties. These are validated through class tests, end-of-course examinations, and post-course surveys.
  
• Curriculum validation (CV) in corporating consultation services in instructional design and training development of Training Management Plan (TMP) inclusive of instructional and students' courseware.
  
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the services development of Computer-Based Training (CBT) courseware.
