transparent communication between the Ship owners and
operators, their vessel and other relevant parties.

Technical support
Our Superintendents are fully committed to their vessels
(with a maximum number of 3 vessels per Superintendent) with
the same enthusiasm as if they were managing their own
ships.
Operations
When a ship comes under our management we incorporate her in
our fully integrated technical and operational management
team. The members of our management team are groups of
qualified and competent personnel working under the close
supervision of Superintendents and Technical Managers, who
are dedicated to their vessels 24 hours a day / 7days a
week, together with a Technical / Operations Executive in
every Team.
Maintenance and Repair
We maintain and operate cost control at all levels, from the
sourcing of the spare parts to the placing of insurance
cover. Being cost conscious also implies taking great care
of the value of our vessels; our target is also to maintain
a ship at her best. We manage to keep a close track of our
vessels through our regular quarterly reports and quarterly
superintendent visits to assess their condition.
ISM Compliance/ Safety and Quality Assurance
STET Maritime understands that maritime safety, security and
pollution prevention are an integral part of good Ship
Management and can only be a result of a combination of the
right people with right skills, knowledge and experience.
The management and senior executives maintain the Company's
commitment to quality and ensure the Company's policies are

software and a reliable pool of machinery & equipment

suppliers for deck/engine/saloon store supply.

Dry-docking
We have a very close rapport with most of the shipyards all
around the world and have resources ad capability to arrange
the dry dock / major repairs in any part of the world even
at short notice.
