AIM
To assess participants on their knowledge of the Singapore
port waters and proficiency in conducting the vessel safely
in the port through the use of the Full Mission Shiphandling
Simulators.

PRE-REQUISITE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be holder of a valid Pilotage Exemption
Certificate and have the relevant movements required for
renewal of the PEC.
CERTIFICATION:
Satisfactory completion of this Assessment would meet
part of MPA’s requirements for the renewal of the Pilotage
Exemption Certificate by MPA.
