To assess participants on their knowledge of the Singapore
port waters and proficiency in conducting the vessel safely
in the port through the use of the Full Mission Shiphandling
Simulators.

PRE-REQUISITE REQUIREMENTS
Shipmasters are required to complete the relevant movements
required for issue of the Pilotage Exemption Certificate.
CERTIFICATION:
Satisfactory completion of this Assessment would meet
part of requirements for the issue of a Pilotage Exemption
Certificate by MPA.
