PRE-REQUISITE REQUIREMENTS
Prospective tugmasters of MPA's approved harbour towage
service providers (TSP).
CERTIFICATION:
Satisfactory completion of this Assessment would meet
part of MPA's requirements to serve as a tugmaster onboard
craft of towage service providers operating under MPA's
Public License for Towage Services (valid for 2 years).
