Limit Tanker Master Course and Assessment Certificate.

Singapore Port.

The course covers the following topics:

Navigation in the vicinity of dangerous areas

Latest Port Marine Circulars and Notices

Operating in poor visibility

Communication during emergencies

Crisis Management in the event of man-overboard,
engine/steering failures etc.
PRE-REQUISITE REQUIREMENTS
Must be employed by a local bunker barge operator as master
on a category A bunker barge.
CERTIFICATION:
The Port Limit Tanker Master Course and Assessment
Certificate will be re-validated for a period of 2 years on
successful completion.
