of port limit tankers and bunker barges with an
understanding of the principles of ship-handling and the
peculiarities when operating at designated locations within
the Port.

PRE-REQUISITE
REQUIREMENTS
a) Must be able
to read, write and converse in English
b) Must have
completed Harbour Craft Master Course or other recognised
courses
c) Participants
must have served as an officer on a Port Limit tanker for at
least 3 months prior to
applying for the course.
CERTIFICATION:
A Port Limit Tanker Master Course
Certificate will be issued to participants who attain 100%
attendance and pass the examination.
