AIM
This course is
intended to equip participants with the skills and knowledge
in supervising teams at work and be able to put it into
practice at their workplaces.
OBJECTIVE OF COURSE
On successful
completion, the participants shall be able to:

teams to meet organizational goals and objectives as
well as explain and apply the techniques to form a team,
develop a team’s potential, set team goals, facilitate a
team and resolve any issues which may arise during the
formation of teams.

manage a team at the workplace so as to achieve the
team’s goals and also apply the appropriate methods to
resolve any conflict which may arise in the workplace.
