When it comes to complete integration, we understand that your requirements can be highly dynamic. A Turnkey Project takes care of all your needs by providing an integrated security environment for a facility that incorporates physical, electronics, procedural and personnel security. The consultants will see through the entire security planning and implementation process.

The Process

Stage 1 - Preliminary Preparations

Due diligence is always carried out as the first step in understanding the facility, its surrounding and its history.

Stage 2 - Fact Finding, Day / Night Survey

A day and night site survey is carried out on the entire facility in detail to assess the threats and vulnerabilities in the day and in the hours of darkness. Our expert team of consultants will also assess the adequacy of the existing security means and measures protecting the facility. During such site surveys, we will meet with the end-user staff to obtain relevant inputs and information regarding current operational plans and requirements in order for us to recommend a cost-effective security solution, through effective resource allocation, to mitigate these threats and to enhance the overall security of the premise.

A Security Study can also be carried out for planned projects that have not commenced construction - this is done through a detailed review of the architectural drawings for the planned site.

Stage 3 - Security Concept Plan

This provides a general outline of the protection measures comprising:

  • Concept of Protection

  • Layers of Protection

  • Security Means and Measures

  • Deployment of Security Measures in Different Levels of Security

Stage 4 - Security Technical Plan

The security plan of the site and building layout plan together with the budgetary estimate and estimated time frame for the implementation of the proposed systems will be presented to the client. The consultant will present the detailed design to the client for approval and make any necessary alterations to the specifications and drawings etc. if required.

Some of the systems and sub-systems are as follows:

  • Building perimeter surveillance systems

  • Physical barrier systems

  • Under-vehicle surveillance systems

  • Electronic access control systems

  • Intrusion detection systems

  • Closed circuit television (CCTV) systems

  • Video recording systems

  • Security management systems

  • Metal detectors

  • X-ray machines

  • CBRE Detection

Stage 5 - Supply and Installation of Security Systems and Equipment

The process from Supply to Testing & Commissioning, including after-sales support, is taken care of by the professional in-house team to complete the integration.

Our Quality Commitment to You

We emphasize on quality excellence.
