Our consultants will prepare the security drawings, performance specifications and other details to be integrated into the clientís standard tender document (if any) to invite contractorsí bids for the implementation of the proposed security systems. Upon closure of the tender exercise, our consultants will evaluate the tender submissions and provide unbiased expert advice on the strengths and weaknesses of the contractors and the quoted prices to the client. Ultimately, the award of the contract will be the decision of the client.

The stages below outline the steps taken to carry out effective Tender Documentation & Evaluation. Click on each stage to find out more.

Stage 1 - Preparation & Invitation to Tender

Our consultants will incorporate the approved description, performance specifications, bill of quantities, strategic positioning, cabling and cabling support systems of the physical and electronic security systems and sub-systems prepared during the Security Planning and Design stage into the clientís standard tender document (if any) to invite contractors bids for the implementation of the proposed security systems by way of an open tender of closed tender as directed by the client.

Stage 2 - Tender Process

During the tender process, our consultants will attend to any queries by tenderers and issuing of any corrigendum to the tenderers, if required. Queries by tenderers and the Consultantís replies to them, together with any corrigendum issued, will be recorded and forwarded to the client for purpose of transparency.

Stage 3 - Evaluation of Tender

Upon closure of the tender exercise, our consultants will evaluate the tender submissions; compare the offers received with the approved estimates and current prices in the market, short-list and interview tenderers jointly with the client. Finally, a tender report will be submitted to the client advising on the performance specification compliance, capability and the price.

The client shall decide on the award of the tender.
