The stages below outline the steps taken
to carry out effective Security Audit / Study. Click on each
stage to find out more.
Due diligence is always carried out as the first step in understanding the facility, its surrounding and its history.
A day and night site
survey is carried out on the entire facility in detail to assess the threats and
vulnerabilities in the day and in the hours of darkness. Our expert team of
consultants will also assess the adequacy of the existing security means and
measures protecting the facility. During such site surveys, we will meet with
the end-user staff to obtain relevant inputs and information regarding current
operational plans and requirements in order for us to recommend a cost-effective
security solution, through effective resource allocation, to mitigate these
threats and to enhance the overall security of the premise.
A Security Study can
also be carried out for planned projects that have not commenced construction -
this is done through a detailed review of the architectural drawings for the
planned site.
A very important
stage of every project is to carry out a security threat and vulnerability
assessment that looks at the threats (internal and external) from terrorism,
improvised explosive devices, chemical, biological and radiation agents to
crime, burglary and vandalism, and vulnerabilities in the facility. We will
assess the nature of each threat, its likelihood and consequence to the business
if it actually occurs.
A detailed report
will be submitted to the client upon completion of the Security Audit / Study.
This report will narrate the threats and vulnerabilities as well as the security
counter measures recommended by our team of expert consultants. Presentation on
the team’s findings and recommendations can be made upon client’s request.
