STET Defence has a pool of consultants and associates who were former military officers and warrant officers with knowledge backed by years of experience.

These consultants are specialists in aerospace, maritime and land warfare, and most of them are educated and trained in renowned military academies and institutes from all over the world as well as being pioneers in the setup and establishment of the Singapore Armed Forces Training Institutes.
