Integrated Training Workforce (ITWF)

Under the ITWF partnership, STET Defence is committed to providing quality education and training services effectively to meet the RSN’s needs.

 

Facility Management for Damage Control Training Center

STET was awarded a contract to provide administration and maintenance services for the Damage Control Training Center and Sea Training Center.

 

Training Ship Services

STET was awarded a contract to provide Training Ship services for navigation training to the RSN.

 

 

Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)

SAF Dictionary

STET was awarded a contract to review and update the SAF Dictionary (JSP 10).

 

Army Doctrines

STET was awarded a contract by Army TRADOC to develop new doctrines and review existing doctrines.

 

Singapore Command & Staff College Navy International Officer’s Programme

STET was engaged by SCSC to coordinate and conduct the Navy International Officer’s Programme. This included visits to various SAF and RSN camps, as well as commercial companies and tourist attractions.

 

Modelling & Simulation Programme

STET was engaged by Army TRADOC to develop and conduct Modeling & Simulation workshops to familiarize and educate end users on the importance of embracing M&S tools to derive new warfighting doctrines and tactics.

 

 

 

Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)

 

Home Team Academy

STET was contracted to provide a series of Train-the-Trainers Course for the Home Team Academy.

 

Singapore Police Coast Guard

STET was contracted by DAMEN Shipyard to conduct platform training and to provide Master Documentation for the new CPC acquired by the Singapore Police Coast Guard.

 

 

International Defence

 

Brunei

STET became a strategic training partner to the Royal Brunei Navy and Royal Brunei Armed Forces in 2005. A Memorandum of Understanding to provide training and consultancy services was signed with the Royal Brunei Technical Services.

 

India

STET conducted a series of Maritime Resource Management courses for the Indian Coast Guard.
